Melissa has dedicated her career to human resources and recruiting. Melissa’s strong foundation in sales
and marketing has carried over to her recruiting style. Melissa has a Bachelor of Business Administration
in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Florida Atlantic University, and a Master of
Business Administration from Christian Brothers University. She believes that life is all about sales and
marketing, whether we are selling a product to a customer or an idea to a family member. The most important
thing anyone can sell is themselves, so it’s essential that you convey the right impression. Melissa grew up in
Boca Raton, FL and currently resides in Beaumont, TX with her husband and two pugs, Rascal and Wally. |

Jeremy’s experience in engineering and technical writing is his foundation for assisting technical
professionals with their vocational planning and resumes. Jeremy has focused his career on mechanical
reliability improvement, and has presented his ideas to corporate executives. Jeremy’s strength in

added candidates”. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State
University. Jeremy believes your job is what allows you to live the rest of your life, and it should be
something that you enjoy doing. He is from a small town in Southwest Louisiana and currently lives in
